When a condominium signs a contract with Easy Syndic, we organize an initial General Meeting in order to establish the principal administrative points: transfer of the contract, the annual budget, repairs and reserve funds.

Every year, the condo owners assemble to discuss the previous year’s expenses and the budget for the upcoming year. It is also an occasion to talk about potential issues and necessary adjustments. Easy Syndic holds the meeting and remains neutral as to the decisions made during the General Meeting.
Insurance contract
Insurance contract
On behalf of the co-owners, Easy Syndic negotiates the insurance contract, which is based on the building audit. Normally, the insurer only considers risk statistics. But if the building is in good condition, the costs are higher than they should be. Our team negotiates with the insurance company for a contract that is based on actual risks and the true value of the building. The co-owners could thus save up to hundreds of Euros per year.
