This amount is payable <strong>one time only<\/strong> and is divided amongst the co-owners.<\/p>\n<p data-children-count=\"0\">This fee includes, in particular:<\/p>\n<ul data-children-count=\"0\">\n<li>Insurance audit<\/li>\n<li>Opening\/transfer of bank accounts and the business number<\/li>\n<li>Transfer of meters<\/li>\n<li>Creating accounts and passwords for the Online Access module\n<ul>\n<li>Creating an account for the Association on the Software<\/li>\n<li>Publishing of the basic act<\/li>\n<li>Publishing of the condominium rules and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Publishing of the Association\u2019s contracts<\/li>\n<li>Online posting of the database for suppliers and service providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Holding an initial General Meeting, which includes\n<ul>\n<li>Analysis of existing suppliers\u2019 contracts<\/li>\n<li>Annual budget<\/li>\n<li>Projects<\/li>\n<li>Reserve fund<\/li>\n<li>Various items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Launch the initial call for funds and provisions<\/li>\n<li>Posting of the extract from the basic act that names or nominates the Property Manager<\/li>\n<li>Supply and mount the company\u2019s brochure<\/li>\n<li>Take steps to obtain a business number, if need be<\/li>\n<li>Review and analysis of the basic act<\/li>\n<li>Update the condominium\u2019s rules\/regulations and submit them to the<\/li>\n<li>Association\u2019s office<\/li>\n<li>Take over contracts, including those for care and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Create an information sheet in order to enter the co-owners\u2019 contact information in the Software<\/li>\n<li>Create and update a list of co-owners and share the information in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the contracts of energy suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Reopening of the accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What are the condominium fees ?
